This is a multi-role hiring drive covering traditional Indian sweets, street food, continental kitchens, and cloud kitchen management. The roles are spread across Sector 76 and Sector 3, Noida, offering immediate joining opportunities for those ready to start.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Halwai / Sweet Cook (Sector 76): Prepare traditional Indian sweets and mithai with precision, ensuring hygiene and consistent quality. Manage raw material usage and maintain a clean work area.
• Chaat Cook (Sector 76): Prepare fresh chaat items daily, balancing flavors and textures. Handle high-volume orders during peak hours while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Kitchen Helper (Sector 76, 2 positions): Assist senior cooks with prep work, cleaning, and kitchen organization. Support the team in maintaining a smooth workflow during service hours.
• Continental Assistant (Sector 76): Assist in the preparation of continental dishes, following recipes and plating standards. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure food safety compliance.
• Shift Manager – Cloud Kitchen (Sector 3): Oversee daily operations of the cloud kitchen, including order processing, staff coordination, and quality control. Handle customer queries and ensure timely dispatch. Manage inventory and maintain operational discipline.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Halwai/Chaat/Kitchen Helper: Proven experience in Indian sweet making or street food preparation. Kitchen helpers should be hardworking and willing to learn. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
• Continental Assistant: Basic knowledge of continental cooking techniques. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Shift Manager: Relevant hospitality or cloud kitchen experience is preferred. Strong communication and team-handling skills are essential. Candidates must demonstrate a responsible and disciplined approach to work. Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Halwai, Chaat Cook, Kitchen Helper: Salary is negotiable based on experience and performance during the trial period.
• Continental Assistant: Fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000.
• Shift Manager: Monthly salary range of ₹18,000 to ₹20,000.
