Urgent hiring for a new restaurant opening in Kudachi, Belgaum. We are looking for dedicated and skilled culinary professionals and support staff to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fresh establishment from day one.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• South Indian CDP: Prepare authentic South Indian dishes including Dosa, Idli, and Sambar with high consistency.
• Maharashtrian Cook: Specialize in traditional Maharashtrian thalis and regional specialties.
• Chinese & Chaat Commis: Assist in preparing Chinese dishes and popular Indian street food/chaat items.
• Kitchen Helpers: Support senior chefs with prep work, washing, and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
• Housekeeping Staff: Ensure cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Indian Helpers: Assist in general kitchen operations and food preparation tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure timely service.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in the respective cuisine (South Indian, Maharashtrian, Chinese, or Chaat).
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers with strong aptitude may be considered for helper roles.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• South Indian CDP: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month
• Maharashtrian Cook: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month
• Chinese/Chaat Commis: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month
• Indian Helpers: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month
• Kitchen/Housekeeping Helpers: ₹12,000 - ₹15,000 per month
