🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Operation Head: Oversee daily resort operations, ensure smooth coordination between departments, manage guest complaints, and maintain high standards of service delivery.
• Front Office Executive: Manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, maintain front desk records, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
• Bellboy: Assist guests with luggage, provide directions within the resort, and support housekeeping and front office teams as needed.
• Housekeeping Attendant: Perform room cleaning, linen changes, and maintenance of common areas to ensure hygiene and comfort for guests.
