We are looking for a dedicated Pandari Helper to join our team in Ottapalam. This role is essential for supporting the preparation and service of Pandari, a traditional South Indian sweet dish. The ideal candidate will assist in the kitchen and service areas, ensuring that the dish is prepared to high standards and served promptly to customers.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Assist in the preparation of Pandari, including mixing ingredients, steaming, and finishing touches.
• Support the kitchen team with basic cooking tasks and food handling.
• Ensure all equipment and workstations are kept clean and sanitized after use.
• Help in serving Pandari to customers, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow strict hygiene and food safety protocols at all times.

• Basic knowledge of Pandari preparation or willingness to learn quickly.
