Paratha Master / Chinese Kitchen Assistant / Cleaning Boy

📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are seeking three dedicated team members for our Aluva kitchen and premises: a Paratha Master to lead flat‑bread production, a Chinese Kitchen Assistant to support our Chinese menu preparation, and a Cleaning Boy to maintain hygiene across the facility. All roles are full‑time and offer growth within a vibrant food‑service environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Paratha Master
• Prepare dough, roll and cook a variety of parathas to consistent quality.
• Manage inventory of flour, oils, and accompaniments.
• Train junior staff on proper rolling and cooking techniques.
• Chinese Kitchen Assistant
• Assist the chef with ingredient prep, chopping, and basic cooking tasks for Chinese dishes.
• Ensure mise‑en‑place is ready for service, maintaining cleanliness of workstations.
• Follow food safety standards and assist in plating under supervision.
• Cleaning Boy
• Sweep, mop, and scrub kitchen floors, dining areas, and restrooms.
• Dispose of waste, manage recycling, and keep storage areas tidy.
• Support deep‑cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in paratha making or similar Indian flat‑bread preparation.
• Basic familiarity with Chinese kitchen operations (ingredient handling, stir‑fry basics).
• Strong cleaning and sanitation habits; ability to work efficiently with cleaning tools.
• Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain punctuality.
• Preference for candidates comfortable with Hindi and Malayalam communication.
