A restaurant in Edathua, Alappuzha, is urgently hiring for three distinct roles to support daily operations. The establishment is looking for skilled culinary professionals to handle specific menu sections as well as support staff for hygiene. This is an immediate requirement with a competitive daily wage structure and full board benefits.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Parotta Master: Prepare fresh, flaky parottas to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation throughout the service hours.
• Chinese & Biryani Master: Execute recipes for Chinese dishes and Biryani with precision, managing spice levels and cooking times to meet customer expectations.
• Cleaning Staff: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in dining areas and kitchen zones, handling waste disposal and surface sanitization to ensure a hygienic environment.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Culinary Roles: Proven expertise in making authentic Kerala-style parottas, or specialized skills in Chinese cuisine and Biryani preparation. Candidates must be able to work under pressure during peak hours.
• Cleaning Role: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
• General: Immediate joiners are preferred. Physical stamina is required for all roles due to the nature of restaurant operations.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Parotta Master: ₹1,100 per day.
• Chinese & Biryani Master: ₹1,100 per day.
• Cleaning Staff: ₹700 per day.
• Perks: Food and accommodation are provided free of charge, significantly reducing the cost of living for candidates relocating to Alappuzha.
