📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

Gold Resorts in Rishikesh is seeking a seasoned Property Operations Manager to take full charge of the resort's daily functioning. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be the single point of contact for operational excellence, ensuring that every guest interaction and internal process runs smoothly. The position offers a competitive monthly salary of up to ₹30,000, along with food and accommodation as per company policy.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Operational Oversight: Manage end-to-end daily resort operations, ensuring all departments function in sync to maintain high service standards.
• Departmental Coordination: Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring seamless coordination between them.
• Guest Experience: Focus heavily on guest satisfaction, handling complaints professionally and ensuring service quality meets or exceeds expectations.
• Revenue & Bookings: Monitor OTA platforms, manage bookings, and coordinate revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Financial Control: Oversee inventory, stock levels, and cost control measures to maintain healthy margins.
• Performance Monitoring: Track room occupancy rates, guest reviews, and overall operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Vendor & Management Liaison: Act as the bridge between the resort management, local vendors, and suppliers, ensuring timely procurement and service delivery.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in Hotel or Resort Operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong command over Front Office systems, Housekeeping standards, F&B operations, and Guest Relations protocols.
• Leadership: Excellent team handling and staff management skills, with the ability to lead independently.
• Problem Solving: Strong decision-making abilities to resolve operational issues and guest concerns promptly.
• Compliance & Standards: Thorough knowledge of SOPs, KRAs, and staff discipline procedures.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective coordination with management, vendors, and guests.
