A new hotel establishment in Newasa, Ahmednagar is seeking a skilled Indian cook with a strong focus on tandoor preparation. This is a full-time opportunity for a candidate who can handle kitchen operations from the ground up, as the property is newly established. The role requires someone who can manage the tandoor effectively while adapting to the specific needs of a new setup.

• Prepare and serve high-quality Indian dishes, with a primary focus on tandoori items.
• Manage the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent quality and temperature control.
• Handle general kitchen duties and food preparation as required by the new hotel's menu.
• Adapt to the operational rhythm of a new establishment, which may involve learning specific tandoor techniques or menu items during the initial period.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen area.

• Proficiency in Indian cooking, specifically tandoor-based dishes.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Work Schedule: 15 days of work per month (specific days to be discussed and agreed upon based on candidate preference).
• Transport & Expenses: No advance payment or travel allowance is provided before joining. The employer will cover the cost of the vehicle/fare to reach the hotel. Payment for work is processed after arrival and commencement of duties.
