📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

A restaurant and bar in Vikhroli West, Mumbai, is urgently hiring for multiple operational roles. This is a multi-position opening seeking immediate joiners to fill gaps in front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff. The establishment is looking for experienced candidates for service and kitchen roles, while also accepting freshers for cashiering duties. The focus is on building a cohesive team that can handle the daily rush of a dining and bar environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Captain / Waiter: Manage table assignments, take orders, serve food and beverages, handle customer queries, and ensure a smooth dining experience. Captains will also oversee junior staff and maintain floor standards.
• Commis II (Indian/Chinese): Assist the senior chefs in preparing Indian and Chinese dishes. This includes mise en place, cooking specific sections, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. Candidates must be proficient in both cuisines or willing to cross-train.
• Kitchen Helper (Indian/Chinese): Support the kitchen team with basic tasks such as washing vegetables, chopping ingredients, cleaning equipment, and managing waste. This role requires stamina and attention to detail.
• Cashier (Fresher): Handle billing, cash management, and POS operations. Freshers are encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided for system handling and customer interaction at the counter.
• Mouriwala / Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen spaces. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests and staff.
