📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are hiring for multiple full‑time roles at our pure‑veg restaurant in Kalyan:

• Captain – front‑of‑house leader
• Kitchen Supervisor – oversees kitchen staff
• Kitchen Helper – assists chefs & maintains prep area
• Housekeeping – ensures dining area cleanliness
• Steward – dishwashing & kitchen support
• Utility Staff – general upkeep and assistance

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Captain: greet guests, manage floor staff, coordinate orders, handle billing, ensure service standards.
• Kitchen Supervisor: schedule kitchen helpers, monitor food quality, maintain hygiene, assist chefs with prep.
• Kitchen Helper: chop vegetables, prep ingredients, clean workstations, support cooking stations.
• Housekeeping: sweep, mop, wipe tables, manage waste, keep dining area presentable.
• Steward: load/unload dishwashers, sort cutlery, maintain clean cookware, assist in kitchen logistics.
• Utility Staff: perform minor repairs, move stock, assist in inventory handling, support overall restaurant operations.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in the respective role (minimum 6 months preferred).
• Ability to work in a pure‑veg environment and follow strict hygiene protocols.
• Good communication in Marathi/Hindi/English.
• For Captain & Kitchen Supervisor – leadership and team‑coordination abilities.
• Physical stamina for housekeeping, steward and utility duties.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Captain: ₹18,000 + incentives per month.
• Kitchen Supervisor: ₹18,000 per month.
• Kitchen Helper: ₹14,000 per month.
• Housekeeping: ₹12,000 + tips per month.
• Steward: ₹14,000 + tips per month.
• Utility Staff: ₹12,000 + tips per month.
• Full‑time shifts (8 hours) with weekly offs as per restaurant policy.
• Opportunity to earn additional incentives/tips based on performance.
