Saileela, a family‑run restaurant in Pashan, Pune, is expanding its team. We are looking for energetic individuals to fill multiple front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house roles, including Captain, Waiter, Housekeeping staff, Kitchen Helper, and Chef. The environment is fast‑paced, guest‑focused, and values pride in service.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Captain: Lead the dining floor, coordinate wait staff, ensure smooth service flow, handle guest queries, and maintain service standards.
• Waiter: Take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and provide courteous assistance throughout the dining experience.
• Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness of dining area, restrooms, and back‑of‑house spaces; perform routine sanitisation and waste management.
• Kitchen Helper: Assist chefs with ingredient prep, stock replenishment, basic cooking tasks, and kitchen cleanliness.
• Chef (All Levels): Prepare menu items to Saileela’s standards, manage station workflow, ensure food safety, and support senior kitchen staff.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Captain: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Waiter: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Housekeeping: ₹11,000 – ₹13,000 per month
• Kitchen Helper: ₹12,000 – ₹16,000 per month
• Chef (All Levels): ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
• Full‑time shifts with rotating schedules as per restaurant needs.
