📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are currently hiring two Stewards to join our team in Panvel, Mumbai. This is a full-time role focused on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the dining and kitchen areas. The position requires individuals who are diligent, hardworking, and capable of managing the daily upkeep of restaurant equipment and surfaces.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Dining Area Maintenance: Ensure all tables, chairs, and floors are cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after service hours.
• Kitchen Hygiene: Wash and sanitize all cookware, cutlery, and glassware promptly to ensure a continuous supply of clean items for the kitchen and service staff.
• Waste Management: Regularly empty trash bins, segregate waste as per local guidelines, and maintain a tidy back-of-house environment.
• Equipment Care: Clean and inspect POS terminals, counters, and other service equipment to ensure they are presentable and functional.
• Restroom Upkeep: Monitor and clean restrooms to maintain high hygiene standards for guests and staff.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Prior experience in restaurant stewarding or housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks efficiently.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned areas.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Language: Basic communication skills in Hindi or Marathi are helpful for coordinating with the team.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹14,000 per month.
• Additional Earnings: Service charge is included on top of the base salary, providing an opportunity for higher total earnings based on restaurant performance.
• Work Schedule: Full-time position with shifts aligned to restaurant operating hours.
