🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Greet guests upon arrival and guide them to their tables with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately, communicating specific preferences or dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Monitor table status, clear used plates, and replenish water or condiments as needed.
• Handle billing queries and assist guests with payments at the end of the meal.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and the immediate dining area throughout the shift.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and address any service delays proactively.

• Proven experience in restaurant service or similar hospitality roles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in local languages (Malayalam) and basic English.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak dining hours.
• Good physical stamina for standing and moving around the dining area for extended periods.
