🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• South Indian Chef: Prepare authentic South Indian dishes (dosa, idli, uttapam, etc.), manage station, maintain hygiene standards.
• Fast Food Chef: Handle quick‑service items, fry, grill, assemble burgers, sandwiches, and other fast‑food staples.
• Helpers: Assist chefs with ingredient prep, clean work area, maintain stock, support service flow.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in South Indian cuisine for the chef role.
• Experience in fast‑food kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a small cart environment.
• Basic kitchen hygiene and cleaning skills for helpers.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• South Indian Chef: ₹24,250 per month.
• Fast Food Chef: ₹23,240 per month.
• Helpers: ₹13,000 per month each.
• Free meals provided on shift.
• Two days off each month.
