Alapuza, a leading restaurant in Kochi, is urgently hiring a South Indian Chef specializing in Kerala cuisine. This is a full-time role focused on preparing high-quality ala carte dishes. The position requires an immediate joiner who can handle the specific demands of a busy kitchen environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare and plate ala carte Kerala dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Manage kitchen hygiene and ensure all food safety protocols are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure timely order delivery.
• Maintain inventory levels of key ingredients and report shortages to management.
• Work within a 10-hour duty schedule to support peak service hours.

• Proven expertise in traditional Kerala cooking styles.
• Strong ability to execute ala carte menu items with consistency.
• Experience in a fast-paced restaurant kitchen is preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Salary: ₹35,000 per month.
• Leave: 4 days off per month.
• Duty Hours: 10 hours per shift.
