📌 Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced South Indian Chef to join our team in Kakkanad, Kochi. The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing high-quality vegetarian breakfast items, ensuring consistency, taste, and hygiene standards are met daily.

👨‍🍳 Key Responsibilities & Role Description

• Prepare a variety of authentic South Indian vegetarian breakfast dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, and Pongal.
• Ensure all food items are prepared according to standard recipes and quality specifications.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen area.
• Manage inventory of raw materials and report shortages to management.
• Assist in menu planning and introduce new seasonal breakfast items.
• Ensure timely preparation of breakfast batches to meet customer demand.
• Keep the kitchen equipment and workstations clean and organized.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a South Indian Chef, with a strong focus on vegetarian breakfast items.
• Proficiency in making Dosa, Idli, and other traditional South Indian breakfast staples.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work under pressure during peak breakfast hours.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Monthly Salary: ₹32,000.
• One day off per week.
