• Assist in the preparation of South Indian staples such as idli, dosa, vada, and chutneys.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station.
• Follow standard recipes and portioning guidelines.
• Support senior cooks in plating and presentation.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene protocols.
