🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, and other tiffin items.
• Manage the kitchen workflow, ensuring timely preparation of orders for a quick‑serve environment.
• Assist senior cooks in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proficiency in South Indian cooking techniques, especially dosa and tiffin preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced QSR setting.
• Experience as a commi 2 or similar kitchen helper role is preferred.
• Pure vegetarian food handling experience is a must.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹12,000 to ₹32,000 depending on the role.
