📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

An upcoming Veg Lounge Bar Restaurant in Chembur, Mumbai is expanding its team across multiple locations. We are looking for dedicated professionals to join our dynamic crew in Chembur, Lower Parel, and Pune.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Chembur (Mumbai)*
• Prepare and serve vegetarian dishes, manage kitchen stations (DCDP & commi, Bakery, Indian, Chinese).
• Assist in food preparation, plating, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Support bar operations as Bartender or Associate Bartender.
• Perform steward duties, including cleaning, dishwashing, and general kitchen support.
• Manage housekeeping tasks as HK cleaners and KST boys.

• Lower Parel (Mumbai)*
• Similar kitchen and bar responsibilities as Chembur, focusing on Indian and Chinese DCDP & commi roles.
• Steward and Captain roles for floor and kitchen coordination.
• Bartending and associate bartending positions.

• Pune*
• Steward and Captain roles for floor management.
• Cashier responsibilities for POS and billing.
• Bartender and associate bartender positions.
• Food and accommodation provided for all Pune staff.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience in DCDP, commi, Bakery, Indian, or Chinese cuisine.
• Proficiency in stewarding, captainship, and bar service.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Local candidates preferred for Chembur and Lower Parel.
