🍳 Station Scope & Service Rhythm

The SODEXO International School Cafeteria in Dahisar East runs two daily service windows (07:00‑16:00 & 12:00‑21:00). Staff cover a 9‑hour shift, rotating between lunch and dinner peaks. Positions include a front‑counter steward/waiter, a kitchen utility (dishwasher) and an Indian commis cook.

🔪 Key Operational Responsibilities

• Steward/Waiter: greet students, take orders at the counter, serve self‑service trays, maintain clean serving area, replenish utensils and napkins.
• Utility (Dishwasher): load and unload commercial dishwashers, scrub large cookware, ensure sanitisation logs are updated, assist in waste segregation.
• Cook Indian (Commis 1/2): prep vegetables, grind spices, follow standard Indian recipes, assist senior cook with station mise‑en‑place, maintain temperature logs for cooked items.

📋 Trade Skills & Experience Criteria

• Minimum 6 months experience in a school or institutional kitchen for steward/waiter.
• Prior dishwashing or kitchen cleaning experience for utility role.
• Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine, ability to follow recipes, and willingness to learn for commis cook.
• Male candidates only, punctual, and able to handle a fast‑moving counter.

💵 Monthly Package, Staff Perks & Living Terms

• Steward/Waiter: ₹16,700 in‑hand per month.
• Dishwasher: ₹15,200 in‑hand per month.
• Indian Cook (Commis): ₹22,000‑₹24,000 in‑hand per month.
