Dum & Deg Co., located in Sector 75, Noida, is currently hiring for three distinct roles to support our kitchen and front-of-house operations. We are looking for one experienced Tandoor Chef (CDP level), one All-Rounder Helper, and one Utility/Housekeeping staff member. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals seeking stable employment in a professional dining environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Tandoor Chef (CDP):*
• Prepare and bake a variety of tandoori items including rotis, naans, kulchas, and parathas.
• Maintain the tandoor oven, ensuring consistent temperature and cleanliness.
• Assist in the preparation of tandoori marinades and side dishes as required.
• Ensure food safety standards are met in the tandoor section.

• All-Rounder Helper:*
• Support the kitchen team with prep work, chopping, and ingredient organization.
• Assist in plating and serving during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area and equipment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the kitchen manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Utility & Housekeeping Staff:*
• Handle dishwashing and utensil cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Manage waste disposal and ensure hygiene standards are upheld.
• Assist in general housekeeping duties as needed.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Tandoor Chef: Proven experience in tandoor cooking, knowledge of dough preparation, and ability to work under pressure. Immediate joiners preferred.
• All-Rounder Helper: Basic kitchen skills, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Utility/Housekeeping: Attention to detail, physical stamina, and commitment to maintaining high hygiene standards.
• All candidates should be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team.
