🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Maintain strict hygiene standards in the tandoor section and surrounding kitchen area.
• Assist the senior chef or tandoor master with daily prep work and inventory checks.
• Ensure timely service during peak hours to support the front-of-house team.
