📌 Position & Opportunity Overview

We are urgently hiring skilled kitchen staff for two distinct hospitality setups in Kolkata. The first is a boutique cafe requiring a Chinese Commis 1 with a strong focus on the hot range and momo preparation. The second is a cafe cum cloud kitchen seeking an Indian Commis 1 or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP), a Tandoor Commis 1 or DCDP, and a specialist in Kolkata-style rolls. All positions offer immediate joining and accommodation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Chinese Commis 1 (Boutique Cafe): Execute hot range dishes with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Demonstrate expert knowledge and technique in making momos, from dough preparation to steaming and sauce pairing.
• Indian Commis 1 / DCDP (Cafe cum Cloud Kitchen): Prepare and plate Indian dishes according to menu specifications. Maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen and assist senior chefs in menu execution.
• Tandoor Commis 1 / DCDP (Cafe cum Cloud Kitchen): Operate the tandoor oven to bake rotis, naans, and other breads. Monitor dough fermentation and ensure even baking and texture.
• Kolkata Style Roll Maker (Cafe cum Cloud Kitchen): Prepare authentic Kolkata-style rolls, managing the filling, wrapping, and grilling process to maintain local flavor profiles.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Chinese Role: Mandatory proficiency in hot range cooking and momo making. Experience in a high-volume cafe environment is preferred.
• Indian/Tandoor Roles: Solid foundation in Indian cuisine or tandoor operations. For DCDP roles, candidates should demonstrate leadership potential and the ability to manage a section independently.
• Roll Maker: Specific expertise in Kolkata-style roll preparation is essential.
• General: Immediate availability to join is a strict requirement. Candidates must be comfortable with the fast-paced nature of cafe and cloud kitchen operations.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Chinese Commis 1: ₹18,000 per month.
• Indian Commis 1 / DCDP: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month. Salary is subject to increase based on trial and interview performance.
• Tandoor Commis 1 / DCDP: ₹20,000 to ₹22,000 per month.
• Kolkata Style Roll Maker: ₹18,000 to ₹19,000 per month.
