🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For Waiters:*
• Greet guests with courtesy and guide them to their seating arrangements.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring clarity on special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly, maintaining proper table settings and cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Handle billing queries and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely order preparation.
• Maintain a tidy dining area, clearing tables and resetting them for the next guests.

• For Housekeeping Staff:*
• Perform daily cleaning duties for guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure high hygiene standards.
• Change bed linens, towels, and ensure all amenities are restocked as per standard operating procedures.
• Manage laundry tasks, including washing, ironing, and folding, ensuring all items are returned in a presentable condition.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and report them to the management.
• Ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the premises, contributing to a welcoming environment for guests.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Waiters: Strong communication skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a customer-centric attitude. Experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates with strong work ethic.
