A local cafe situated in the Kothrud area of Pune, near the City Pride landmark, is looking to fill two immediate vacancies. The establishment requires two Waiters and one Moriwala (Beverage/Counter Staff) to join the team urgently. This is a full-time opportunity suitable for candidates seeking stable work in a busy urban cafe environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• For Waiters:*
• Greet customers and manage table assignments efficiently.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks with proper presentation and timing.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist with POS operations if required.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned tables and floor areas.

• For Moriwala:*
• Prepare and serve beverages such as tea, coffee, shakes, and juices.
• Manage the beverage counter and ensure ingredients are stocked.
• Maintain hygiene standards in the beverage preparation area.
• Assist waiters during peak hours to ensure smooth service flow.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Experience: Previous experience in cafes or restaurants is preferred but not strictly mandatory for the Moriwala role if the candidate is willing to learn.
• Skills: Good communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a customer-friendly attitude.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are strongly preferred due to the urgent nature of the hiring.
• Language: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi is advantageous for better customer interaction in the Pune region.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Waiter Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹16,000 per month.
• Moriwala Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹14,000 per month.
• Perks: The employer offers either free food and accommodation (room & board) OR one day off per week. Candidates can choose the preference that suits their living situation best.
• Schedule: Full-time shifts, likely covering morning to evening hours typical for a cafe.
