Tao Bao, a vibrant Korean & Asian café located in the heart of Kolkata, is expanding its team. We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter / Service Staff to join our growing family and help deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Greet guests with a warm smile and guide them to their tables.
• Take orders accurately and serve food & beverages promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring all tables are ready for the next guests.
• Handle payments, provide receipts, and manage POS transactions.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Address guest queries and resolve any service issues with professionalism.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area for events or daily operations.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Excellent verbal communication in English; knowledge of Bengali or Hindi is a plus.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously.
• Freshers are welcome – we provide on‑the‑job training and mentorship.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks

• Monthly Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹12,000 (competitive for entry‑level positions in Kolkata).
• Shift Pattern: Flexible shifts covering lunch, dinner, and weekend service.
• Meals: Staff meals are provided on the premises.
• Accommodation: Not provided.
