1 cup plain yogurt (dahi)
1 cup
1 cup water
0.5 teaspoon
1/2 tsp ground cumin (jeera powder)
0.5 teaspoon
1/2 tsp ground coriander (dhania powder)
0.5 teaspoon
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
0.25 teaspoon
1/4 tsp ground cayenne pepper (optional, for some heat)
Salt, to taste
Chopped fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and water until smooth and well combined.

Add the cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and cayenne pepper (if using) to the yogurt mixture.
