Marinating the Paneer
Cut the Royal Mahout Paneer Cheese into 1-inch cubes and place them in a bowl.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garam masala powder, cumin powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and salt.

Pour the marinade over the paneer cubes and mix well to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they're lightly browned and caramelized (about 8-10 minutes).

Remove the marinated paneer cubes from the refrigerator and add them to the masala sauce. Stir gently to coat the paneer with the sauce.
