We are launching a new cloud kitchen in Sardarpura, Jodhpur and are looking for an All‑round Chef to lead our kitchen operations. The role demands a versatile cook who can handle a wide range of tasks from menu creation to kitchen hygiene.

🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Design and prepare a variety of non‑veg starters that meet quality and taste standards.
• Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
• Manage food storage protocols, maintaining proper temperature controls and inventory records.
• Implement and monitor food waste management systems to reduce losses and improve cost efficiency.
• Enforce cleanliness and hygiene SOPs across the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.

🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences

• Proven experience in preparing non‑veg starters and managing a kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, storage, and waste management practices.
• Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Male candidates only, aged 25‑30 years.

• Monthly salary of ₹20,000 (negotiable based on experience).
