🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Design and prepare a variety of non‑veg starters that meet quality and taste standards.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes.
- Manage food storage protocols, maintaining proper temperature controls and inventory records.
- Implement and monitor food waste management systems to reduce losses and improve cost efficiency.
- Enforce cleanliness and hygiene SOPs across the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery of orders.

- Proven experience in preparing non‑veg starters and managing a kitchen.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, storage, and waste management practices.
- Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
