This Affiliate and Mabapu Coins Disclosure Policy is issued by MaBapu Foods OPC Pvt. Ltd. / Mabapu Foods (OPC) Private Limited. Throughout this policy, the terms “MaBapu Foods”, “Mabapu”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to MaBapu Foods.

MaBapu Foods may allow approved chefs, recipe creators, affiliates, influencers, and other eligible users to earn Mabapu Coins through approved recipes, organic recipe views, and valid product affiliate activity.

This policy explains the earning model, calculation method, commission limits, coin conversion, payout modes, fraud rules, rollback rules, recovery lien rules, and final decision authority of MaBapu Foods.

3. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

• approved chefs;
• recipe creators;
• recipe contributors;
• affiliate participants;
• influencers;
• promoters;
• seller-linked users;
• earning-eligible users;
• users receiving Mabapu Coins;
• users requesting coin redemption or payout;
• users promoting MaBapu-shipped products;
• users promoting marketplace, partner, or affiliate products where eligible.

This policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Email and Marketing Communications Policy, Chef Work Agreement, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, Product Review Policy, Affiliate Terms, Marketplace Rules, and any dashboard notice or contract accepted by the user.

If there is conflict between this public policy and a specific Chef Work Agreement, Affiliate Agreement, Seller Agreement, or payout contract, the specific agreement shall apply for that user’s earning, payout, lien, settlement, and termination matters.

As of the Last Updated date of this policy, the current Mabapu Coins reference value is:

MaBapu Foods may update the coin value, coin ratio, redemption value, payout value, coin-to-rupee value, or payout method according to the Chef Work Agreement, dashboard notice, updated contract, or revised policy.

A coin value change may apply only according to the applicable agreement, accepted contract, dashboard terms, notice, or legal requirement. For chefs and earning users, material changes may require acceptance of a new contract or exit settlement according to the Chef Work Agreement.

6. Product Affiliate Commission Range

Each eligible product may have a product-wise affiliate commission percentage assigned by the MaBapu Foods admin or authorized team.

For products that are sold, shipped, or fulfilled as MaBapu-shipped products, the admin may assign affiliate commission from:

Some products may have no affiliate commission if MaBapu Foods marks them as non-eligible, inactive, blocked, restricted, paused, promotional-only, low-margin, compliance-sensitive, or unavailable for affiliate earning.

MaBapu Foods may change product-wise commission percentage at any time for future orders, future campaigns, future promotions, and future affiliate activity.

7. Commission Calculation Base

Affiliate commission is calculated only on the eligible product price.

Commission is not calculated on:

• GST;
• shipping charges;
• delivery charges;
• COD charges;
• packaging charges;
• handling charges;
• payment gateway charges;
• convenience fees;
• gift wrapping charges;
• taxes, duties, or statutory charges;
• refund amount;
• cancelled amount;
• returned product value;
• chargeback amount;
• any non-product charge.

If a product is sold during a MaBapu Foods offer, discount, coupon, campaign, bundle, festival sale, or special promotion, commission is calculated on the active offer product price, not on the original MRP or earlier listed price.

8. Affiliate Commission Formula

Affiliate commission for eligible MaBapu-shipped products is calculated as follows:

If the product is sold at an offer price of ₹80 and the commission is 1%, the commission will be calculated on ₹80, excluding GST, shipping, and other non-product charges.

9. Product Page Affiliate Disclosure

Each eligible product may display or record affiliate commission percentage, commission status, earning eligibility, or creator reward status.

A product may show a disclosure such as:

The displayed commission percentage may be changed, paused, reduced, increased, or removed by MaBapu Foods for future orders.

10. When Affiliate Commission Is Credited

Affiliate commission is credited in Mabapu Coins only after the relevant product/order is marked Delivered in MaBapu Foods records, courier records, seller records, or approved order management system.

A product/order must meet all of the following conditions before commission is treated as valid:

• order is genuine;
• order is successfully paid or validly accepted under COD rules;
• affiliate tracking is valid;
• product is eligible for affiliate commission;
• commission percentage is active at the relevant time;
• product is delivered;
• order is not cancelled;
• product is not returned;
• refund is not approved;
• chargeback is not raised or accepted;
• fraud or manipulation is not detected;
• MaBapu Foods approves the earning in its ledger.

Even after delivery, MaBapu Foods may review, hold, reverse, or rollback commission if return, refund, chargeback, fake order, affiliate abuse, tracking error, seller issue, customer complaint, or policy violation is later found.

11. No Commission Before Delivery

No affiliate commission is finally earned merely because:

• a product link was clicked;
• a product was added to cart;
• an order was placed;
• payment was attempted;
• payment was pending;
• order was packed;
• order was shipped;
• tracking was created;
• invoice was generated;
• customer verbally confirmed interest;
• affiliate shared a product link.

Commission becomes eligible only after the product/order is marked delivered and all platform validation checks are satisfied.

12. Cancellation, Return, Refund, Chargeback, and Rollback

If an order or product is cancelled, returned, refunded, replaced with reversal, charged back, disputed, marked fraudulent, or found invalid, MaBapu Foods may rollback the affiliate commission and Mabapu Coins connected with that order.

Rollback may happen where:

• order is cancelled before delivery;
• customer refuses delivery;
• customer returns the product;
• refund is issued or required;
• payment is reversed;
• payment gateway chargeback is received;
• COD payment fails or is disputed;
• order is fake or self-generated;
• affiliate tracking is manipulated;
• coupon or referral abuse is detected;
• product is marked ineligible;
• seller reports invalid order;
• MaBapu Foods identifies ledger error or technical error.

Rollback may be done by deducting Mabapu Coins from the user account, reversing unpaid earnings, adjusting future earnings, placing payout hold, or creating a recovery lien.

13. Recovery Lien and Account Hold

If a chef, affiliate, creator, or earning user has already withdrawn an amount that later becomes invalid due to cancellation, return, refund, chargeback, fraud, fake order, technical error, duplicate credit, or policy violation, MaBapu Foods may place a recovery lien on the user account.

A recovery lien may include:

• holding the account;
• freezing Mabapu Coins;
• blocking new payout requests;
• deducting future Mabapu Coins;
• deducting future affiliate earnings;
• deducting future recipe rewards;
• blocking cash payout;
• blocking recharge payout;
• blocking voucher payout;
• placing account under review;
• suspending earning features;
• requiring repayment;
• holding exit settlement until resolved.

The account may remain on hold until the invalid amount, disputed amount, rollback amount, chargeback amount, refund amount, or recovery amount is fully resolved.

14. Mabapu Coins Payout and Redemption Options

Eligible Mabapu Coins may be redeemed or withdrawn only when the user account, KYC, ledger, payout balance, anti-fraud checks, tax compliance, and dashboard rules allow redemption.

MaBapu Foods may provide one or more of the following payout or redemption modes:

• UPI payout;
• NEFT bank transfer;
• RTGS bank transfer;
• IMPS bank transfer where enabled;
• mobile recharge;
• digital vouchers;
• store credit;
• coupon credit;
• platform wallet credit where enabled;
• any other payout or redemption mode approved by MaBapu Foods.

MaBapu Foods may require valid KYC, PAN, bank details, UPI ID, tax details, identity verification, mobile verification, email verification, contract acceptance, and payout approval before processing any withdrawal.

Payout may be delayed, held, rejected, adjusted, or reversed if suspicious activity, invalid earnings, return risk, refund risk, chargeback risk, tax issue, KYC mismatch, bank error, wrong UPI, account hold, lien, fraud review, or legal issue exists.

15. Recipe Approval Reward

MaBapu Foods may reward approved chefs and creators with Mabapu Coins when their recipe is reviewed and approved by the MaBapu Foods team.

The recipe must be original, complete, useful, safe, properly formatted, compliant with MaBapu Foods content rules, and approved by the MaBapu Foods team.

No recipe approval reward is payable for rejected, copied, incomplete, unsafe, misleading, duplicate, spam, AI-spun, plagiarized, infringing, non-compliant, or low-quality recipe submissions.

MaBapu Foods may reverse recipe approval coins if the recipe is later found copied, fraudulent, unsafe, misleading, legally risky, or non-compliant.

16. Premium Recipe Approval Reward

MaBapu Foods may classify some recipes as premium based on quality, originality, regional value, content depth, usefulness, food safety, presentation, editorial value, SEO value, audience usefulness, product relevance, or MaBapu Foods internal review.

Premium recipe status is decided only by the MaBapu Foods team. Chefs and creators cannot demand premium status as a right.

MaBapu Foods may change, remove, downgrade, or reverse premium status if the recipe is later found copied, misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, manipulated, duplicate, non-compliant, or below required quality.

17. Recipe View Rewards

Approved recipes may earn Mabapu Coins based on valid organic views according to MaBapu Foods dashboard rules, rate settings, analytics rules, quality checks, anti-fraud systems, and applicable Chef Work Agreement.

Only valid organic views may be counted.

MaBapu Foods may reject, filter, reduce, reverse, or ignore views that are:

• bot-generated;
• paid fake traffic;
• click-farm traffic;
• repeated refresh abuse;
• self-view manipulation;
• proxy or VPN abuse;
• traffic-exchange traffic;
• iframe stuffing;
• auto-refresh traffic;
• script-generated traffic;
• incentivized fake views;
• duplicate suspicious sessions;
• crawler traffic;
• spam traffic;
• malicious traffic;
• traffic from prohibited promotion methods;
• any view that MaBapu Foods identifies as invalid.

View reward rates may be dynamic and may depend on admin settings, campaign rules, recipe type, traffic quality, region, content category, fraud risk, platform policy, or Chef Work Agreement.

18. No Guaranteed Earnings

MaBapu Foods does not guarantee any fixed income, minimum payout, minimum views, minimum affiliate sales, fixed commission, permanent coin value, permanent product eligibility, or permanent earning rate.

Earnings may depend on:

• recipe approval;
• recipe quality;
• organic traffic;
• product demand;
• product availability;
• product commission percentage;
• offer price;
• valid delivered orders;
• return and refund status;
• customer behavior;
• affiliate tracking;
• platform rules;
• anti-fraud checks;
• tax and KYC status;
• MaBapu Foods admin settings.

19. Product Commission Changes

MaBapu Foods may change product commission percentage, product eligibility, earning category, campaign rules, coin conversion, payout eligibility, or earning model at any time for future orders or future activity.

Product commission may be changed due to:

• product margin;
• stock availability;
• offer or discount campaign;
• supplier cost change;
• shipping cost change;
• GST or tax impact;
• return risk;
• fraud risk;
• seasonal demand;
• business strategy;
• legal compliance;
• technical issue;
• admin decision.

The commission percentage active in MaBapu Foods records for the relevant product/order shall be used for commission calculation.

20. Offers, Discounts, Coupons, and Campaigns

During offers, discounts, coupons, campaigns, bundle sales, festival sales, flash sales, promotional pricing, or special price campaigns, commission is calculated on the actual eligible offer product price, not on the original listed price, MRP, crossed-out price, or earlier product price.

If a coupon reduces the eligible product price, MaBapu Foods may calculate commission on the reduced eligible price, depending on dashboard rules and order records.

If a product is provided free, bundled free, replaced free, sampled free, cancelled, refunded, returned, or marked non-commissionable, no affiliate commission may be payable.

21. External Affiliate Products and Third-Party Products

MaBapu Foods may display external affiliate products, third-party products, sponsored products, marketplace links, advertiser products, or product recommendations that are not sold, shipped, or fulfilled by MaBapu Foods.

For external affiliate products:

• the third-party merchant’s own terms apply;
• the third-party merchant controls product price, stock, shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and warranty;
• MaBapu Foods does not control external merchant order status unless data is shared through tracking or partner reports;
• commission, if any, may depend on third-party merchant approval, partner network reporting, tracking validation, and payment confirmation;
• MaBapu Foods may not guarantee earning, payout, delivery status, return status, or commission status for external products;
• external affiliate commissions may be delayed, rejected, reversed, reduced, or cancelled by the external merchant or affiliate network.

Unless MaBapu Foods expressly marks an external affiliate product as eligible for Mabapu Coins, external product activity may not earn Mabapu Coins.

22. Invalid Affiliate Activity

No affiliate commission or Mabapu Coins will be payable for invalid, suspicious, abusive, artificial, or prohibited activity.

Invalid affiliate activity includes:

• self-orders created only for earning commission;
• fake orders;
• family or collusive orders made to manipulate rewards;
• orders placed with intent to cancel or return;
• fake COD orders;
• coupon abuse;
• referral abuse;
• bot-generated clicks;
• fake traffic;
• cookie stuffing;
• forced clicks;
• misleading advertising;
• false product claims;
• fake reviews;
• spam promotion;
• trademark misuse;
• impersonation of MaBapu Foods;
• fake discount claims;
• misleading health claims;
• prohibited email or WhatsApp spam;
• paid fake conversions;
• any activity violating MaBapu Foods policies or law.

MaBapu Foods may permanently remove earning access and reverse coins if serious affiliate abuse is detected.

23. Tracking and Attribution

Affiliate tracking may depend on product links, referral codes, chef IDs, cookies, session records, account data, order records, UTM parameters, campaign IDs, device/browser signals, and MaBapu Foods internal tracking systems.

MaBapu Foods may decide whether an order is attributed to a chef, creator, affiliate, campaign, product page, recipe page, or other source based on its internal tracking records.

If tracking is missing, broken, blocked, overwritten, expired, manipulated, or not recognized by MaBapu Foods systems, commission may not be credited.

MaBapu Foods ledger, admin records, order status, delivery status, tracking logs, and audit records are final for affiliate attribution and commission calculation.

24. Ledger, Audit, and Records

MaBapu Foods may maintain detailed ledger and audit records for:

• recipe approval coins;
• premium recipe coins;
• recipe view coins;
• affiliate commission coins;
• product commission percentage;
• product price and offer price;
• GST exclusion;
• shipping exclusion;
• order delivery status;
• return and refund status;
• chargeback status;
• coin credit and debit entries;
• withdrawal requests;
• payout approvals;
• recharge and voucher redemptions;
• rollback entries;
• recovery lien entries;
• fraud review records;
• account hold records;
• contract acceptance records.

MaBapu Foods may use these records to resolve disputes, verify payouts, investigate fraud, calculate earnings, process tax records, enforce recovery lien, and comply with legal or regulatory requirements.

25. Taxes, TDS, GST, and Compliance

Chefs, affiliates, sellers, influencers, and earning users are responsible for their own tax compliance, income reporting, GST compliance where applicable, and legal obligations.

MaBapu Foods may deduct TDS, withhold payouts, request PAN, request GSTIN, request invoices, request KYC, or require additional compliance documents where applicable.

Payouts, Mabapu Coins redemption, affiliate earnings, recipe earnings, recharge benefits, vouchers, store credits, or other benefits may be subject to tax rules depending on user status, earning type, amount, and applicable law.

MaBapu Foods may reject or hold payout if required tax or KYC information is missing, incorrect, suspicious, expired, incomplete, or inconsistent.

26. Payout Review and Approval

Payout or redemption is not automatic. Every payout request may be reviewed by MaBapu Foods before approval.

Payout may be reviewed for:

• KYC status;
• PAN status;
• bank or UPI accuracy;
• coin balance;
• valid earnings;
• return risk;
• refund risk;
• chargeback risk;
• fraud risk;
• organic view quality;
• affiliate order quality;
• account status;
• contract acceptance status;
• recovery lien status;
• tax compliance;
• legal or policy issues.

MaBapu Foods may approve, partially approve, reject, delay, hold, adjust, or reverse payout based on its review.

27. Account Status and Earning Restrictions

MaBapu Foods may assign account status based on user activity, compliance, contract acceptance, KYC, fraud checks, and ledger review.

Account status may include:

• Active;
• Pending KYC;
• Pending Contract Acceptance;
• Under Review;
• Payout Hold;
• Recovery Lien;
• Suspended;
• Terminated;
• Exit Requested;
• Settlement Hold;
• Settled and Exited.

Users with restricted status may be blocked from earning new coins, withdrawing coins, redeeming vouchers, receiving recharge, promoting products, submitting recipes, or accessing affiliate tools.

28. Contract Acceptance and Policy Updates

Chefs, affiliates, sellers, influencers, and earning users may be required to accept the Chef Work Agreement, Affiliate Terms, payout terms, updated coin ratio, or new contract before continuing earning activity.

Continued use of earning features after notice may be treated as acceptance where permitted by the applicable agreement and law.

If a user does not accept a required updated contract, MaBapu Foods may pause earning features, block new payout requests, or allow exit settlement according to the applicable agreement.

MaBapu Foods may update this policy to reflect changes in commission model, coin value, payout options, anti-fraud systems, tax rules, product eligibility, or platform features.

29. Strict Anti-Manipulation Enforcement

MaBapu Foods takes affiliate abuse, view manipulation, fake traffic, fake orders, fake reviews, and coin fraud seriously.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• creating fake views;
• using bots or scripts;
• using paid fake traffic;
• using traffic exchanges;
• self-refreshing recipe pages for coins;
• creating fake orders for commission;
• placing orders with intent to cancel or return;
• misusing family or friend orders to manipulate commission;
• using fake accounts;
• using fake reviews;
• using misleading product claims;
• using false health claims;
• spamming links on email, WhatsApp, SMS, or social media;
• misusing MaBapu Foods name or logo;
• claiming to be official staff without permission;
• tampering with tracking links;
• using cookie stuffing or forced clicks;
• attempting to bypass fraud systems;
• abusing payout or recharge systems;
• submitting copied recipes for approval coins;
• submitting unsafe or misleading recipes;
• any conduct intended to unfairly earn Mabapu Coins.

Violation may result in coin reversal, commission rollback, payout hold, recovery lien, account suspension, account termination, settlement hold, permanent earning ban, reporting to payment partners, legal action, or complaint to authorities where appropriate.

30. Dispute Resolution for Coins and Affiliate Earnings

If a chef, creator, affiliate, or earning user believes that Mabapu Coins, affiliate commission, recipe reward, payout, rollback, or lien has been incorrectly recorded, the user may contact MaBapu Foods with supporting details.

The complaint should include:

• registered email;
• registered mobile number;
• chef or affiliate ID where available;
• order number where applicable;
• product name;
• recipe URL or recipe ID where applicable;
• date of activity;
• commission percentage shown where available;
• screenshot of dashboard where available;
• clear explanation of the issue.

Complaints related to coins, commission, payout, lien, rollback, or fraud review should be sent to:

MaBapu Foods admin records, ledger entries, tracking data, order records, delivery records, return/refund records, chargeback records, audit trails, and fraud review records shall be used to decide the matter.

31. Privacy and Data Processing for Affiliate and Coins System

To operate affiliate tracking, Mabapu Coins, recipe rewards, payout, KYC, fraud detection, and ledger systems, MaBapu Foods may process relevant personal data and activity data.

This may include:

• name;
• email address;
• mobile number;
• account ID;
• chef ID or affiliate ID;
• KYC details;
• PAN and tax details;
• bank account or UPI details;
• recipe submissions;
• recipe views;
• affiliate clicks;
• orders attributed to the user;
• commission percentage;
• Mabapu Coins ledger;
• payout requests;
• rollback and lien records;
• fraud review records;
• device, IP, cookie, and tracking data.

Data processing is governed by the MaBapu Foods Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Chef Work Agreement, Affiliate Terms, and applicable law.

32. Final Decision Authority

MaBapu Foods team, authorized admin records, ledger records, audit records, and internal review systems are the final authority for:

• whether a product is eligible for affiliate commission;
• product commission percentage;
• eligible commission base;
• offer price calculation;
• GST and shipping exclusion;
• order delivery status;
• valid sale status;
• commission credit;
• Mabapu Coins conversion;
• recipe approval reward;
• premium recipe reward;
• valid organic view count;
• invalid traffic filtering;
• rollback;
• recovery lien;
• payout hold;
• account suspension;
• earning eligibility;
• policy interpretation.

MaBapu Foods may correct ledger entries, coin balances, payout records, or commission calculations at any time if error, fraud, abuse, refund, return, chargeback, invalid activity, or technical issue is found.

33. Changes to This Policy

MaBapu Foods may update this Affiliate and Mabapu Coins Disclosure Policy from time to time to reflect changes in business model, product commission, Mabapu Coins value, payout methods, fraud rules, tax rules, technology, affiliate tracking, recipe rewards, or legal requirements.

Material changes may also be notified through website notice, dashboard notification, email, SMS, WhatsApp, new contract, or other reasonable method.

• you understand that Mabapu Coins are internal reward units and not legal currency;
• you understand that the current reference value is 10 Mabapu Coins = ₹1;
• you understand that product affiliate commission may range from 0.5% to 25% for eligible MaBapu-shipped products, as set by MaBapu Foods admin;
• you understand that some products may have no affiliate commission;
• you understand that commission is calculated only on eligible product price or offer price;
• you understand that GST, shipping, COD, packaging, handling, convenience fees, and non-product charges are excluded from commission calculation;
• you understand that commission is credited only after the product/order is marked delivered and validated by MaBapu Foods;
• you understand that cancelled, returned, refunded, charged back, fake, invalid, or fraudulent orders do not earn final commission;
• you understand that if withdrawn earnings later become invalid, MaBapu Foods may place a recovery lien and hold your account until resolved;
• you understand that standard approved recipes may receive 10 Mabapu Coins;
• you understand that premium approved recipes may receive 20 Mabapu Coins if selected by MaBapu Foods team;
• you understand that premium status is not guaranteed and is finally decided by MaBapu Foods;
• you understand that only valid organic recipe views may count for view rewards;
• you agree not to manipulate views, orders, reviews, traffic, affiliate tracking, Mabapu Coins, or payout systems;
• you understand that MaBapu Foods may reverse coins, hold payouts, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take legal action for fraud or policy violation;
• you understand that MaBapu Foods admin records, ledger records, delivery records, and audit records are final for calculation and dispute review;
• you agree to provide true KYC, PAN, bank, UPI, tax, and account details where required;
• you accept that MaBapu Foods team is the final decision-maker for commission, coins, payout, rollback, lien, and fraud review.
