- Proven expertise as a Sous Chef, CDP, DCDP, or Sushi Cook.
- Holds a minimum 6‑month Food Production Diploma.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Minimum age 21+.
- Must bring a copy of an updated CV, passport, and original work experience & educational certificates.
