🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
The Operations Manager will act as the primary point of contact for operational excellence across all ODC projects. Your daily focus will include:
- End-to-End Event Management: Orchestrating the complete workflow of outdoor catering events, ensuring seamless coordination between kitchen, logistics, and floor staff.
- Manpower & Team Leadership: Planning staffing requirements for each event, managing shifts, and leading the team to maintain high service standards under pressure.
- Client & Venue Liaison: Acting as the bridge between the client and the venue, addressing specific requirements, dietary preferences, and logistical constraints to ensure smooth execution.
- Logistics & Supply Chain: Overseeing the transportation of equipment, raw materials, and finished goods, ensuring timely arrival and proper setup at event sites.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Monitoring operational costs, minimizing waste, and optimizing resource allocation to maintain healthy profit margins without compromising quality.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforcing strict food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and service etiquette to uphold the brand’s reputation.
