We are urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a premium boutique hotel in the Asansol/Durgapur region of West Bengal. - Manage front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experience and increase occupancy rates.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback proactively to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and manage budgeting for various departments.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and hygiene protocols.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local vendors, partners, and corporate clients.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Operations Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
