• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and market analysis.
• Manage and mentor a large team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and high performance.
• Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain top-tier guest experience and hygiene standards.
• Handle large-scale F&B events and daily operations, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction and brand reputation.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and inventory management to optimize margins.

• Proven experience in a hardcore F&B Leadership role.
• Mandatory brand experience with reputed/brand properties in the same position.
• Strong F&B Operations & Business Acumen.
• Excellent Leadership & Team Management Skills.

• Strong knowledge of SOPs, guest experience & cost control.
• Excellent communication & managerial skills.

💼 Compensation, Perks & Work Environment

• Salary: ₹80,000 – ₹90,000 per Month.
