🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Arabian Chef: Lead the preparation of a wide variety of Arabian dishes. You will be responsible for overseeing the grill section, ensuring that meats and vegetables are cooked to perfection with authentic spices and techniques. You will also manage the overall kitchen flow for the main menu items.
- Alfahm / Tandoor / Grill / Kebab Maker: Focus specifically on the tandoor and grill stations. Your primary duty is to craft high-quality kebabs and manage the tandoor for breads and grilled items. Precision in marination and grilling is critical for this role.
- Shawarma Master: Handle the end-to-end process of shawarma preparation, from slicing and assembling to ensuring the final product meets the cafe's standard for taste and presentation. Consistency in flavor and portion control is expected.
- Kitchen Helpers (2 Nos): Support the senior kitchen staff with prep work, cleaning, and general kitchen hygiene. You will assist in ingredient preparation, plating, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
