- Prepare and execute dishes across Indian, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoor sections according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of all menu items.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety protocols in all kitchen areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary ingredients to prevent shortages.
- Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to ensure uniformity in taste and presentation.
- Handle tandoor operations efficiently, ensuring proper temperature control and timely service of breads and grilled items.
