- Assist senior chefs in preparing Continental and Chinese dishes.
- Perform mise en place, chopping, washing, and basic cooking tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support plating and garnish for orders.
- Help with inventory checks and stock rotation.
