🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

• Prepare a diverse menu covering South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
• Ensure timely preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage kitchen inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the cooking area.
• Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to meet customer expectations and resolve any food‑related issues.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.

• Proficiency in cooking South Indian dishes (e.g., dosa, idli, sambar).
