🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Prepare a diverse menu covering South Indian, North Indian, and Chinese cuisines.
- Ensure timely preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner items while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness of the cooking area.
- Collaborate with the front‑of‑house team to meet customer expectations and resolve any food‑related issues.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
