🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff across all guest rooms and public areas.
- Ensure adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate with procurement.
- Train new staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate with other departments to support guest services and event requirements.
