We are looking for two dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team in Kolkata. One role is a Tandoor Cook/commi skilled in preparing a variety of tandoor items, and the other is a Kitchen Helper to support daily kitchen operations. Both positions are open for immediate hiring.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Operate the tandoor to produce Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, Lacha Paratha, and other tandoor‑based dishes with consistent quality.
- Assist senior cooks in ingredient preparation, portioning, and maintaining a clean cooking area.
- Follow standard kitchen hygiene and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes to the service area.
- Perform general kitchen support tasks such as washing utensils, managing inventory of basic supplies, and keeping the work station organized.

- Proven experience in making Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Roti, Lacha Paratha, and other tandoor items.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
