🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations for Tandoor, Chinese, and Continental sections.
- Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff in cooking techniques, safety, and hygiene.
- Coordinate with the F&B Production team to maintain inventory, manage stock, and reduce wastage.
- Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and seasonal specials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent in Tandoor, Chinese, or Continental cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of Tandoor cooking techniques, Chinese stir‑fry, and Continental baking/roasting.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel for trial and training sessions.
