The Reserve Gorumara, a boutique property in the scenic Doars region, is expanding its hospitality team. We are seeking energetic professionals for three key front‑office and operations roles:
- Front Office Executive – primary point of contact for guests, handling check‑in/out, inquiries, and billing.
- Reservation Executive – managing bookings, coordinating with travel partners, and ensuring optimal room inventory.
- Operation Manager – overseeing daily hotel operations, supervising staff, and maintaining service standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Front Office Executive*
- Greet guests warmly, manage registration and departure processes.
- Address guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Operate the property management system (PMS) for billing and reporting.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and food‑beverage teams for room readiness.
- Reservation Executive*
- Receive and confirm reservations via phone, email, and online channels.
- Update the reservation system, manage allotments, and produce daily booking reports.
- Liaise with travel agents, corporate accounts, and tour operators.
- Provide pre‑arrival information and upsell ancillary services.
- Operation Manager*
- Supervise front‑office, housekeeping, and ancillary departments.
- Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare operational schedules, staff rotas, and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Manage inventory of consumables, liaise with vendors, and control costs.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Bengali or Hindi is an advantage.
- Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, eZee) and MS Office.
- Ability to handle high‑volume guest interactions with a positive attitude.
- For Operation Manager: prior supervisory experience in a hotel or resort setting.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Customer‑centric mindset, attention to detail, and problem‑solving orientation.
