🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations

- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus, explain specials, and answer queries about dishes.
- Record orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct presentation.
- Clear tables, handle billing, and process payments.
- Maintain a tidy dining area and adhere to hygiene standards.
- Washing Staff*
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Sort, rinse, and load dirty utensils, cookware, and glassware.
- Ensure all items are sanitized and stored properly.
- Keep the kitchen floor and workstations clean throughout the shift.
- Assist with basic waste segregation and disposal.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor (for waiters).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tables.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- For washing staff: experience with commercial dishwashers and knowledge of kitchen hygiene protocols.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to follow instructions.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
