- Floor Captains

- Kitchen Utility & Housekeeping Staff
These roles are integral to delivering a seamless dining experience, from front‑of‑house service to back‑of‑house food preparation and upkeep.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Floor Captains*
- Supervise floor staff, ensure tables are turned efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely order delivery.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service issues.
- Assistant Stewards*
- Support senior stewards in maintaining cleanliness of dining area and service stations.
- Manage linen, glassware, and cutlery inventory.
- Assist in setting up banquet or special event layouts.
- Bar Tender*
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and soft drinks.
- Maintain bar inventory, restock supplies, and ensure hygiene standards.
- Process cash and POS transactions accurately.
- Asian Wok CDP*
- Execute wok‑stir‑fry dishes with precision, adhering to recipe specifications.
- Manage ingredient prep, stock levels, and kitchen hygiene.
- Dim Sum CDP & Commis‑1*
- Prepare a variety of dim‑sum items (steamed, fried, baked) under senior chef guidance.
- Assist in dough rolling, filling preparation, and plating.
- Sushi CDP & Commis‑1*
- Assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, and sashimi following authentic techniques.
- Maintain fish freshness, knife skills, and presentation standards.
- Continental CDP*
- Cook and plate continental dishes (pastas, salads, grills) with consistency.
- Follow portion control and plating guidelines.
- Kitchen Utility & Housekeeping*
- Perform deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, floors, and storage areas.
- Manage waste disposal, sanitation, and basic maintenance tasks.

- Proven experience in the respective role (service or kitchen).
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- For kitchen roles: familiarity with Asian wok techniques, dim‑sum preparation, sushi handling, and continental cuisine.
- For front‑of‑house: excellent communication, guest‑service orientation, and basic cash handling.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to adapt to shift patterns and occasional weekend duties.
