🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Lead and manage kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Prepare authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Supervise kitchen staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with front‑of‑house to ensure timely service.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Strong expertise in authentic dishes and kitchen operations.
- Male candidate preferred.
- Languages: Hindi & English; knowledge of Telugu is an added advantage.
💰 Compensation, Work Schedule & Workplace Perks
- Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & suitability).
- Full‑time on‑roll position.
