🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations

• Prepare daily meals and snacks, following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
• Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
• Support front‑of‑house staff during service hours, ensuring smooth guest experience.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
• Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily service targets.
