We are seeking a versatile All Rounder to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will handle both cooking duties and housekeeping tasks, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment and delicious meals for our guests.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare daily meals and snacks, following standard recipes and portion guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining areas, and storage spaces.
- Assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages.
- Support front‑of‑house staff during service hours, ensuring smooth guest experience.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Perform light cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet daily service targets.
