📌 Position & Opportunity Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic female candidates for multiple hospitality roles in North Goa. Positions include:
- Cook
- Kitchen Helper
- Receptionist (Front Office)
- Waitress
- Housekeeping staff
All roles are full‑time and offer on‑the‑job training where needed.
🎯 Key Responsibilities & Day‑to‑Day Operations
- Cook / Kitchen Helper: Prepare and assist with daily menu items, maintain kitchen hygiene, manage inventory of raw materials, and ensure timely service.
- Receptionist (Front Office): Greet guests, handle check‑ins/check‑outs, manage phone/WhatsApp inquiries, maintain front‑desk records, and coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams.
- Waitress: Take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure table cleanliness, and provide courteous guest service.
- Housekeeping: Perform room cleaning, bathroom sanitation, linen management, and maintain overall property cleanliness.
🌟 Required Skills, Specialities & Candidate Preferences
- Proven experience in any of the listed roles (experience in multiple areas is a plus).
- Good communication skills in English and local language (Konkani/Marathi preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle guest interactions politely.
- Female candidates only, as per employer requirement.
